We are now seeking a visionary leader of the highest professional standing to lead this entity as
CEO & Co-Founder
, driving the go-to-market strategy and coordinating global financial relations.
The role: what you will lead
As Co-Founder and CEO, you will be the face of the company and the driver of our international commercial scaling.
Vision & GTM strategy:
design and execute the global launch strategy for our Luxury Tech services, positioning the platform within UHNW (Ultra high net worth) client clusters.
Capital markets & financial relations:




interface directly with key players in extraordinary finance for private placement rounds and co-investment agreements.
Operational leadership:
recruit and organize an elite team, fully supported by our centralized technological departments (Milano AI lab), legal, and marketing teams.
Strategic partnerships:
secure exclusive agreements with global luxury brands, elite mobility operators, and financial institutions.
Who we are looking for (key requirements)
This is a co-creation partnership for an elite operator. We are looking for an exceptional profile with a builder's mindset and the sophistication necessary to navigate the international luxury sector.
C-Level track record:
proven experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, or C-level Executive (CEO, Managing Director, General Manager) within luxury services, luxury real estate, wealth management, or high-impact tech companies.
Investment analysis (mandatory):
proven experience and solid capability in
investment analysis
, financial and strategic asset evaluation, due diligence, and deal structuring—essential for authoritatively engaging with investment committees and assessing intragroup growth opportunities.
Prestigious institutional network (mandatory):
possess a warm, consolidated, and proven network of contacts with
international investment funds, family offices, private equity, and industrial holdings
