Role Description
Pharmatec is looking for an experienced
MEP Lead & Energy Marshal
to support a major
data centre construction project
in Northern Italy.

Northern Italy
Work mode:
Full-time, site-based
Long-term assignment
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate onsite MEP construction activities.
Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements.




Coordinate commissioning and energization activities in collaboration with the project team.
Monitor construction progress, quality and HSE compliance.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with technical specifications and project schedule.
Support project reporting and participate in site coordination meetings.
Requirements:
Previous experience as
MEP Lead
,
MEP Construction Manager
,
MEP Supervisor
or
Energy Marshal
.
Experience on large-scale industrial, infrastructure or data centre projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning and site coordination.
Good understanding of HSE requirements related to energization activities.
Italian language is mandatory.
Good command of English.
