What You'll Be Doing
Lead and enhance the company's global
Risk Management
Framework
Monitor
and
optimize
payment flows,
approval ratios
, and
cascading logic
Manage
fraud prevention
systems,
chargebacks
, and
dispute
processes
Ensure compliance with
Visa
&
Mastercard
monitoring programs
Work closely with international PSPs, acquirers, and banking partners
Analyze fraud trends and transactional risks using data-driven insights
Develop dashboards, reporting structures, and risk analytics
Lead and mentor a team of Risk & Chargeback Analysts




Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Tech, BI, and Operations teams
What We're Looking For
3+ years
of experience in Risk, Fraud Prevention, Payments, or FinTech
Strong understanding of
multi-PSP / multi-MID infrastructures
Experience with
chargeback
management and
fraud
monitoring tools (Ethoca, Verifi, etc.)
Knowledge of Visa & Mastercard compliance programs
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and Power BI
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
