As part of a key production site within an international industrial group, you will play a central role in the economic management of the plant.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and analyzing industrial performance: production costs, efficiency, variances between standard and actual.
Budget preparation and follow?up: mid?term plan, annual budget, forecasts, monthly revisions.
Financial reporting: dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), ad hoc analyses, and group consolidation.
Cost control: analysis of direct and indirect costs, identification of optimization opportunities.
Participation in continuous improvement: advising entity managers and operational teams, digitalization, and reporting automation.
Collaboration with operational teams and group functions: production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, finance, human resources.
Profile
Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, or Business/Engineering School
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in industrial controlling, ideally in an international environment.




Proficiency in reporting tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP such as SAP).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
Ability to work in cross?functional teams and communicate effectively.
English proficiency required – minimum B2 level (frequent interactions with international teams).
Experience in the automotive or industrial sector is a strong asset.
Offer
Salary range: from ****** € to ****** €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements.
Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
