Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the global customer database efforts for the Max Mara Group, implementing CRM guidelines to enable data-driven insights. You will work with cross-brand teams to ensure data quality, governance, and omnichannel analysis that informs Brand CRM policies. Your work will help deliver a centralized, high-quality customer view and measurable engagement, acquisition and retention metrics. You will collaborate on data visualization and present actionable insights to stakeholders, shaping data-driven decisions across the brands.Retribuzione / Benefits
Manage and support CRM projects and the centralized customer database
Define and refine data collection and governance for omnichannel luxury brands
Analyze interaction and purchasing behavior using statistical methods
Ensure data quality and usability across channels




Apply standard metrics and KPIs to measure engagement, acquisition and retention
Develop and promote new consumer analysis metrics and behavioral cluster insights
Advance data visualization to facilitate understanding for internal stakeholders
Lead project management for assigned CRM initiatives and monitor post go-live phases
Responsabilità
2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales and consumer analytics
Strong data analysis capabilities
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (mandatory) and BI tools such as Tableau (desired)
Good English knowledge (B2)
Experience in fashion industry is a plus
Team-oriented attitude
