You lead a CX analytics team to improve journeys, strengthen customer satisfaction, and influence strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to embed a customer-centric culture across products, services, and processes. You will leverage AI-enabled analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement. You help shape a data-driven, globally consistent CX program that delivers meaningful business outcomes.

- Develop and evolve the global Customer Experience Insights framework
- Lead the CX Insights team to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
- Drive end-to-end customer journey analysis across multiple Lines of Business
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to embed customer-centric thinking




- Define and monitor CX performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement
- Proven experience in Customer Experience, Customer Insights, VoC, or Customer Journey Management
- Advanced analytical capabilities to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actions
- Experience with customer feedback, operational KPIs, digital analytics, and market research
- Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics is a plus
- Proven people leadership and experience managing high-performing teams
- Ability to influence across functions and cultures and manage stakeholders effectively
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or related customer-focused industries is valued
