Act as entry point for customers needing support for Siemens Electrification and Automation products
Provide first-level technical support for protection relays, energy automation, power quality and MV products
Support structuring and up-scaling of customer support processes using Siemens tools
Leverage AI and digital tools to improve troubleshooting and knowledge sharing
Assist customers in troubleshooting configurations, commissioning, and operation issues
Perform root-cause analysis and contribute to issue resolution




Contribute to building a knowledge base to improve future troubleshooting and customer experience
Collect customer feedback on product performance and usability
Share market and application insights with product management and R&D;
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to products, tools, and support processes
Technical diploma, Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Energy, or Automation Engineering
2-5 years in technical support, application engineering, commissioning, field service or similar
Practical exposure to customer support, troubleshooting, documentation, or product support
Knowledge of power distribution systems, electrical protections, and problem solving
Strong customer-centric approach and ability to build trusted relationships
Ability to learn quickly in dynamic environments and manage changing priorities
Digitally native with proficiency in digital tools and MS Office
Proficiency in Italian and English
Eligible to work in Italy
Familiarity with digital tools and MS Office
