Maintain accurate contract records, tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
Assist in developing and implementing contract management processes and best practices
Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or related discipline
Previous contract administration, negotiation, or related experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/clinical research
Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex contracts and identify issues/opportunities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
