pstrongSummary /strong /ppOXBO are supporting a leading renewable energy business with a strong pipeline (~15GW) of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Italy and Europe. /ppAs the team continues to grow, they are now looking for an Engineering Manager to join their Milan office. /ppThis role will lead engineering activities across the full project lifecycle, working closely with development, EPC, construction, and investment teams to ensure the successful delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliManage engineering activities for Solar PV and BESS projects across Italy and Europe /liliOversee technical due diligence, project design, engineering reviews, and construction support /liliSupport project development, MA activities, procurement, and execution phases /liliEnsure projects are delivered in line with technical, quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements /liliReview and approve technical documentation including layouts, SLDs, specifications,



and construction drawings /liliProvide strategic engineering input throughout project development and delivery /liliManage engineering risks and support troubleshooting during construction and commissioning phases /liliCollaborate closely with construction and site teams to ensure effective project execution and compliance with design standards /li /ulpbr/ppstrongExperience Required /strong /pulli4+ years’ experience within Solar PV and/or BESS engineering, including experience managing utility-scale renewable energy projects /liliStrong construction and EPC experience, supporting construction teams from an engineering perspective /liliAdvanced AutoCAD proficiency /liliExperience conducting energy yield assessments /liliExperience using PVsyst or similar software /liliDegree qualified with an electrical engineering or energy engineering background /liliFluent in English; Italian language skills are advantageous /li /ulpbr/p
