Role Summary
A successful candidate in this position will lead team(s) of employees and consultants to implement SAP S4/HANA ERP solutions at various Flowserve plants and locations globally.
The scope of SAP solutions includes complete end?to?end implementations, point CIP solutions, technical upgrades and various module implementations.
Your Role
Manage, deliver, and support ERP implementations that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for Flowserve.
Manage implementation risk and project economics, including planning, budgeting, and defining deliverable content, while ensuring buy?in from top business and IT governance managers.
Interact daily with business management and sponsorship.
Provide leadership to a team of multiple employees and consultants, coaching, mentoring, and supervising project team members and contractors to foster accountability.
Ensure end?to?end project governance and drive standardization of processes to support, control, and manage SAP within Flowserve, as well as the implementation methods used to roll out ERP.
Travel approximately 50% of the time, or more as business needs require.
Qualifications
10 years' experience as an Information Systems Manager, IT Project Manager, Application Developer, Systems Analyst, or in a related occupation.
7 years of SAP ERP implementation experience,



of which 3 years should be in a manufacturing environment.
3 complete life?cycle implementations from requirements to production support.
3 years' experience as a hands?on ERP Project Manager.
Experience with SAP's project methodology.
Proficient in communicating with non?technical shop floor personnel.
4?year degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Excellent organization, communication, presentation, and problem?solving skills.
Proven ability to work in and manage matrix teams.
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
Expertise in Change Request Management, ideally SAP Solution Manager (CHARM Process).
Proven knowledge of release changes, upgrades, enhancement packages, and SAP Notes.
Ability to create strong working relationships with others.
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working as a business user.
Experience supporting multiple ERPs.
Experience in a multi?national and multi?cultural environment.
Previous management experience leading an IT team with a record of delivering results.
Experience managing offshore teams.
Strong change?management experience.
Ability to lead and work on several concurrent projects.
