About the Role /strong /ppbr/ppESS Delivery and Comissioning Engineers play a pivotal role in transforming energy storage systems from blueprints into operational realities that function safely and reliably.
Their responsibilities span the mid-to-late stages of project execution, centering on ensuring that systems are installed in accordance with design specifications and undergo systematic testing to achieve optimal performance and safety standards . /ppbr/ppstrong

Participate in the commissioning, project delivery, and acceptance of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. /lili
Perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for battery containers/cabinets, including: Fire Suppression System (FSS),Liquid Cooling System (HVAC/TMS),DC Circuits (up to 1500V DC),Auxiliary AC Circuits (220V/400V AC),BMS Communication Systems /lili
Assist with the commissioning of PCS (Power Conversion System) and EMS (Energy Management System), with a basic understanding of their operating principles. /lili
Support on-site issue analysis, fault diagnosis, corrective actions, and issue closure together with the project team. /lili
Participate in Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), grid connection testing, and project acceptance activities. /lili
Support customer training on system operation, maintenance, and product usage. /lili
Track commissioning issues through to closure and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule. /lili
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RD, Quality, After-Sales Service, Project Management, etc.) to resolve site issues efficiently. /lili
Comply with EHS (Environment, Health Safety) requirements and ensure safe execution of all commissioning activities. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrong
Qualifications /strong /pulli
Bachelor's degree or above. /lili
Preferred majors include Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy Technology, or related disciplines. /lili1-3 years of experience in electrical equipment commissioning, energy projects, or related industries. /lili
Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: Basic knowledge of primary and secondary electrical systems; /lili
Energy storage systems, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and power systems; /lili
Basic principles of BMS, PCS, and EMS; /lili
Industrial communication protocols such as CAN and Modbus RTU/TCP;Communication networks and fieldbus technologies. /lili
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and communication topology drawings. /lili
Knowledge of BESS grid-connection processes, substation equipment, and power plant delivery procedures is preferred. /lili
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software. /lili
Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. /lili
Fluent in English for daily work and on-site communication; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required. /lili
