Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to lead and ensure the successful execution of new openings across Italy, guaranteeing timelines, permits, budget control and construction quality standards.
Reporting directly to the Expansion & Construction Director, this role will play a key part in coordinating and supervising external engineering firms, contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and according to company standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead construction projects and store/restaurant openings across Italy.
Coordinate external engineering firms, contractors and suppliers.
Ensure opening timelines and project milestones are successfully achieved.
Supervise and secure all required permits and licenses.
Manage CAPEX, cost control and budget deviations.
Monitor construction progress from both technical and operational perspectives.
Lead and develop the team under his/her responsibility.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and construction standards.




Act as the main point of contact between Operations, Expansion and external partners.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
Approximately 15 years of experience within construction and site management.
Strong hands-on construction background, ideally coming from a contractor/construction company environment.
Previous experience within retail, supermarkets, QSR or multi-site openings will be highly valued.
Proven experience managing suppliers, contractors and project financials.
Fluent Italian and professional English are required.
Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
Hands-on, pragmatic and execution-oriented profile with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
