The successful candidate will play an important role in developing new products, improving existing designs and supporting projects through to production. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliDesign complex mechanical components, assemblies and products. /liliDevelop detailed 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings. /liliContribute to new product concepts and technical development projects. /liliAssess manufacturability and continuously improve design solutions. /liliSupport industrialisation and work closely with production teams. /liliCoordinate projects across engineering, manufacturing and other stakeholders. /liliProvide technical guidance and support to junior team members.



/li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongRequired Qualifications /strong /pulliEngineering degree with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience, or a technical qualification with at least 4–5 years of experience. /liliExperience designing complex mechanical products, ideally within aerospace, automotive, transportation or another regulated manufacturing environment. /liliAdvanced proficiency with a leading 3D CAD package. /liliStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, detailed technical drawings and design for manufacture. /liliGood problem-solving, communication and project coordination skills. /liliAbility to support and mentor less-experienced engineers. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongPreferred Skills /strong /pulliExperience with finite element analysis and PDM systems. /liliGood technical English. /liliWillingness to undertake occasional international travel. /li /ul
