What You'll Do
Reporting to the Terminal Director and the Human Resources Director at Headquarters , the Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic HR partner and the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and Headquarters, ensuring effective communication and alignment on HR matters and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, employment changes, offboarding, and HR administration processes.
Implement and ensure compliance with global HR policies, procedures, local labor legislation, and company standards.
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate and support performance management processes, including annual performance reviews and related HR initiatives.
Lead the local implementation of HR projects, processes, and initiatives driven by Headquarters.
Manage daily HR operations, ensuring accurate employee records, HR documentation, and data integrity within HR systems.
Coordinate monthly payroll processes in collaboration with external payroll providers, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
Manage and monitor time and attendance processes, including working hours, overtime, leave management, absenteeism, and related employee records.
Support compensation and benefits processes, including payroll-related payments, allowances, employee benefits,
and other HR programs.
Prepare and analyze HR reports, workforce metrics, and payroll-related reports for Headquarter, management, and official governmental requirements.
Support HR budgeting activities and provide relevant workforce data and analysis to Headquarter.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and other business functions to provide HR support and ensure effective stakeholder management.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide guidance on HR processes, policies, and employee-related matters.
Coordinate communication and information flow between Headquarters and the local organization.
Manage employee relations processes and provide operational support for employee inquiries and HR-related requests.
Coordinate with external partners, consultants, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the implementation of HR best practices.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms is an advantage
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling data
Eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-country organization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures and organizational levels
Structured, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
