The NPL specialist will have to support the management, optimization and operational execution of the Italian product portfolio across its full life cycle, covering in?house, in?licensing, CMO and local distribution products. The role ensures effective coordination of product evaluations, business case inputs, lifecycle activities and new product launches, while maintaining accurate tools, trackers and reporting. The Role Support the evaluation of new product opportunities by providing data analysis, Product Passports and business case inputs, ensuring accurate and timely submission within corporate platforms (e.g., Planisware). Maintain and update local portfolio tools, trackers and reports to ensure accurate and timely portfolio visibility. Contribute to lifecycle management activities, including MA cancellations, SKU rationalisation and optimisation initiatives. Provide regular updates to Corporate, Cluster and local stakeholders on Italian portfolio priorities, status and performance. Ensure alignment with Global and Cluster portfolio strategy while supporting local market needs. Support Marketing Authorisation Holder (MAH) related lifecycle activities, including Change Control evaluations, MA cancellations and tail?cut processes,



by coordinating with Corporate and local Regulatory Affairs and ensuring alignment with portfolio strategy and market needs, in order to optimize our existing portfolio and to improve Accord economics. New Product Launch (NPL) Management Maintain and update the Italian NPL Tracker and Launch Calendar, ensuring accurate planning across the full pipeline. Coordinate with Corporate NPL teams and relevant local functions (RA, Supply Chain, QA, Marketing, Sales) to secure alignment on timelines, deliverables and dependencies. Support budgeting and demand processes by providing accurate inputs for NPL volumes, phasing and financial assumptions. Monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively elevate issues impacting launch readiness or timing. Ensure full market readiness by coordinating required information flows and supporting local governance processes Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting Facilitate effective communication among internal teams involved in portfolio and launch activities. Prepare clear, structured reporting and presentations for governance meetings and senior management updates. Participate in Cluster and Corporate meetings, providing concise, accurate and timely updates on Italian portfolio and NPL status.

Understanding of cross?functional processes (RA, Supply Chain, QA, Marketing). Experience in coordinating activities within structured governance frameworks. Educational Background Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Economics or similar. 1–3 years' experience in portfolio, NPL, product management or related areas in pharma. Fluent Italian and good English. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
