We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer for Interior Design to strengthen our RD Mechanical Engineering team. /pp
In this role, you will act as a technical specialist responsible for the strongmechanical integration, precision and perceived quality of interior components /strong, ensuring that all elements inside the elevator cabin are aligned, robust and compliant with quality expectations. /pp
You will work on components such as panels, handrails, mirrors, ceilings, lighting frames, strongskirting and interfaces /strong, ensuring consistent gaps, alignment and high‑quality execution from design to validation. /ppbr/ppstrong

Your Responsibilities /strong /pp
As a Mechanical Engineer – Interior Design, you will contribute to the development and validation of interior mechanical solutions. /pp
Your responsibilities include: /pulli
Providing technical solutions and design concepts for the integration of interior components, ensuring alignment, consistent gaps and premium fit finish /lili
Designing interfaces between mechanical structures and interior elements (e.g. frames, brackets, fasteners, aesthetic components) /lili
Performing tolerance analysis and managing tolerance chains impacting alignment, spacing and perceived quality /lili
Supporting prototyping and physical validation activities, including on‑site verification of alignments, flatness, gaps, reflections and surface quality /lili
Ensuring design‑to‑cost considering manufacturability, installability and maintainability /lili
Creating 3D models, drawings and technical documentation in PDM systems and supporting release processes /lili
Driving coordination activities within your area of responsibility and collaborating with cross‑functional teams /lili
Providing technical input to support decision‑making across alternative engineering solutions /li /ulpbr/ppstrong
What You Bring (Required Qualifications) /strong /pulli
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in strong
Mechanical Engineering /strong /lili
Experience in mechanical design of aesthetic components /lili
Experience in coordinating activities within assigned technical responsibilities /lili
Strong knowledge of tolerance analysis and its impact on alignment, gaps and perceived quality /lili
High attention to detail and accuracy in design execution /lili
Strong problem‑solving skills and result orientation /lili
Teamwork and collaboration mindset /lili
High level of self‑motivation, proactivity and adaptability /lili
