As part of the Milan Building Services Engineering team, you will work closely with mechanical, electrical, structural,



and sustainability specialists to develop integrated engineering solutions from early-stage concept design through to detailed design, construction support, and project completion. /ppbr/pp

Key Responsibilities: /strong /pulli

Lead the mechanical engineering design and technical delivery of mission-critical and multidisciplinary building projects /lili

Manage projects through all stages including feasibility studies, concept design, detailed design, tender support, and construction phase services /lili

Act as the lead mechanical engineering contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders /lili

Develop and oversee the design of complex mechanical building systems including: /liliHVAC systems /lili

Chilled water and cooling systems /lili

Ventilation and smoke control systems /lili

Heating systems /lili

Hydronic and pipework systems /lili

Sustainable and energy-efficient building solutions /lili

Mechanical infrastructure for mission-critical environments /lili

Coordinate closely with electrical, structural, architectural, and BIM teams to ensure integrated project delivery /lili

Lead technical reviews, design coordination meetings,



and engineering workshops /lili

Support the delivery of low-carbon and sustainable engineering strategies across projects /lili

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and intermediate engineers /lili

Contribute to resource planning, project scheduling, and quality assurance processes /lili

Ensure designs comply with local and international standards, client specifications, and industry best practice /lili

Assist in identifying innovative technologies and engineering approaches to improve project performance and efficiency /lili

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and technical leadership /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Candidate Requirements: /strong /pulli

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or Energy Engineering /lili

Chartered engineer or working towards chartership /lili

Extensive experience in mechanical building services engineering /lili

Proven experience working on Data Centre, Mission Critical, or Industrial Building projects /lili

Strong technical understanding of HVAC and mechanical building systems design /lili

Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects /lili

Ability to manage projects from conceptual design through to construction and commissioning stages /lili

Experience working in BIM/Revit environments; knowledge of parametric design tools would be advantageous /lili

Strong understanding of sustainable building design principles and energy-efficient systems /lili

Fluent written and spoken Italian and English /li /ulpbr/p
