You will provide advanced technical support to dealers, workshops, and end customers, ensuring rapid resolution of vehicle issues while supporting direct sales opportunities and long-term customer partnerships across the region. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliProvide advanced field engineering support to dealers, workshops and customers across the AME region, ensuring effective diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues. /liliConduct on-site investigations at dealer and customer locations, acting as the primary technical reference during critical vehicle and product-related cases. /liliSupport the AME Customer Product Support Manager and Service Zone Managers on technical matters and product performance monitoring. /liliAct as the liaison between the field and internal functions, coordinating actions with Quality, Engineering, Parts and Product Support teams. /liliDeliver technical coaching and guidance to dealer workshop personnel to improve diagnostic capability and repair quality. /liliTravel extensively across the AME region to support network operational performance, customer satisfaction and vehicle uptime.
/liliManage strategic Key Accounts, supporting direct sales activities and developing strong relationships with key customers and fleet operators. /liliSupport tenders, fleet projects and other commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and IVECO capabilities. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat We're Looking For /strong /pulliQualification in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related technical field. /liliFluency in Italian and English (mandatory); Arabic and/or French are considered a plus. /liliStrong knowledge of truck aftersales operations and commercial vehicle systems. /liliProven experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems. /liliExperience working directly with workshops and customers in the field. /liliProficiency in MS Office and diagnostic platforms. /liliCustomer-facing experience and strong relationship management skills. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPreferred Tools Systems /strong /pullieTIM (technical literature) /liliIWD (diagnostic tool management) /liliEsomweb (vehicle electronics database) /liliRSS (Teleservices) /liliPower (parts catalogue) /li /ulpbr/ppstrongKey Competencies /strong /pulliStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. /liliHands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in workshop and customer environments. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. /liliCustomer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
