Responsabilità 7+ years in AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations)
Deep expertise in at least one AECO sub-industry
Proven experience leading customer engagements from strategy through implementation
Hands?on experience with Autodesk technologies relevant to your domain
Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions
Experience leading cross?functional teams via influence, not formal authority
Excellent workshop, communication and executive presentation skills
Strong change management and technology adoption understanding
Fluent English and at least one Southern European language (French, Italian, Spanish)
