Experienced - Next Hub - Supply Chain & Network Operations – Manufaturing

In this role you will join the Next Hub Supply Chain & Network Operations team in Bari, contributing to the digitalization and optimization of the supply chain across Design, Plan, Source, Make and Deliver. You will configure and customize IBM Maximo to ensure reliable operation and optimal performance, while supporting testing, incident management and workflow enhancements.

You collaborate with clients and third parties to deliver tailored solutions, driving efficiency and quality in asset management and maintenance processes. This is a hybrid consultancy role within Deloitte Technology & Transformation, offering an opportunity to shape impactful supply chain solutions on a global platform.

- Configure and customize IBM Maximo (where required) to ensure proper operation and performance
- Handle incident management within SLA and process service requests on time
- Support testing, debugging and optimization of implemented solutions with focus on software quality and process efficiency
- Participate in designing and implementing workflows, reports and custom modules to meet client needs
- Autonomously complete activities,



identify solutions, and coordinate with third parties and end users when needed
- 2–5 years of experience in technical implementations and/or AMS of IBM Maximo EAM in consulting or software/vendor/system integrator
- IBM Maximo Deployment Professional or ITIL certifications
- Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo v7.6 and MAS v8/9, including Maximo Manage/Monitor/Predict/Mobile
- Experience with asset lifecycle, predictive and preventive maintenance, work order management, inventory management
- Development tools (e.g., Eclipse, BIRT) and reporting (IBM Cognos); database, cloud, Web Sphere/Web Logic/Tomcat concepts
- Maximo configuration and customization (Application Designer, Database Configuration, Automation Scripts), workflow/escalation, custom MBOs and Business Objects
- Programming languages (Java, Python, Jython, SQL), data exchange protocols (JSON, XML) and ERP/GIS/IoT integrations
