Experteer Overview In this role you will drive growth of ABB's service business by identifying opportunities, managing sales activities, and delivering practical, value-driven solutions to customers. You will focus on installed base and promote ABB Service offerings, building strong relationships and solving customer needs quickly. You will engage in pricing, planning, and market scouting, representing ABB at events and customer meetings to showcase our value. This position supports cross-functional collaboration to improve performance and customer outcomes and offers a clear impact on ABB's service portfolio and growth.
Retribuzione / Benefits Identify and exploit opportunities within existing customer setups, including upgrades, retrofits and value-added solutions
Shape pricing strategies, sales plans and adjust them as needed
Generate new leads and analyze market trends to expand the service business




Represent ABB and service solutions at events and customer meetings to communicate value clearly
Responsabilità Degree in electrical engineering or related technical field
Willingness to travel nationally for on-site support
Experience in service sales with proven commercial and promotional capabilities
Strong understanding of identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and expanding market reach
Advanced skills in low/medium voltage systems
Fluent in Italian and English
