Overview
About the Role: We are currently looking for three Curricular Interns (six-months) as Trade & Shopper Marketing Assistants. You will support the Trade & Shopper Marketing department in harmonizing Marketing and Sales strategies to obtain the best layout of our products in the point of sales, ensure proper stock, and enable the best experience for our shoppers.
Responsibilities
Support in Category & Shopper Marketing: analyze shopper behavior and category performance, turning data into actionable insights that drive growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategies, optimize in-store visibility, and contribute to impactful commercial and merchandising initiatives.
Support in Customer Marketing Team: analyze customer performance and retail dynamics, identifying growth opportunities and actionable insights.
Work closely with Customer and Account Managers to develop tailored strategies and contribute to impactful commercial plans.
Support the Trade & Shopper Marketing Out of Home team: assist decision-making and channel knowledge through customer and sub-channel analysis; implement category management projects to collect data for category development in OOH; analyze and detect customer and shopper insights capable of creating category business development opportunities per channel/customers.
About You
You are about to obtain a Master's degree in Economics, Marketing or related.



Your passion for the FMCG industry and interest in social media, combined with your analytical skills, proactive and results-oriented approach, make you an ideal candidate. Proficiency in MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and fluency in Italian and English, is also essential.
