Experteer Overview As an R&D; Engineer, you will lead the design and validation of innovative tread compounds to support Bridgestone's future products. You will drive laboratory work through to industrialization, collaborating with cross?functional teams to translate material science and process technology into commercial solutions. You will explore advanced tribology, durability, and processing concepts, contributing to open innovation with partners and academia. This role offers impact across design, validation, and manufacturing, in a dynamic EMIA center.

Coordinate with Bridgestone corporate functions and plants across regions
Responsabilità Ph.D. in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related field
Experience in material science (polymers, thermoplastics, composites, foaming, adhesives) and practical compound development (mixing, extrusion, curing)
Materials simulation and modeling experience
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
