Project Handover from Sales / Presales /strong /pulliTake ownership of projects after strongcommercial contract closure /strong. /liliReview project scope including: /liliSystem design /liliGrid requirements /liliPerformance guarantees /liliProject schedules /liliAlign with customers and internal teams on project execution strategy. /li /ulpstrong2. Project Execution Delivery /strong /pulliManage the strongfull lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects /strong. /liliCoordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers. /liliTrack project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. /liliEnsure compliance with technical specifications, grid requirements, and safety standards. /liliManage project risks and coordinate issue resolution. /li /ulpstrong3. Commissioning Grid Integration /strong /pulliOversee commissioning of utility-scale BESS including:



/liliSystem energization /liliGrid compliance testing /liliPerformance testing /liliWork with grid operators and technical partners to complete system integration. /liliEnsure successful handover to operations. /li /ulpstrong4. Operations Support Service Management /strong /pulliCoordinate strongpost-commissioning support and service activities /strong. /liliManage long-term service plans and preventive maintenance. /liliMonitor system performance and coordinate troubleshooting if needed. /liliInterface with OEM technical teams for system diagnostics. /li /ulpstrong5.
