You will align regional HSE strategies with business goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement and crisis management. Responsabilità Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline
10+ years of HSE experience within industrial or manufacturing environments
5+ years in a senior HSE leadership role with regional responsibility
Strong knowledge of European HSE regulations and management systems (ISO ***** / ISO *****)
Experience within the chemical industry or another highly regulated sector is preferred
Excellent leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English and willingness to travel across Europe
