Job Description
Job Title: People Business Partner – Italy, Portugal & Spain
We are seeking a skilled and strategic People Business Partner to join our team in Milan, Italy. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving people-centric initiatives that align with our organisational goals and foster a positive work environment across our Italian, Portuguese and Spanish territories.
Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and talent development
Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
Collaborate with the HR team to improve policies, processes, and employee experience
Act as a coach and mentor to managers, supporting their growth and effectiveness
Ensure compliance with Italian, Portuguese and Spanish employment laws and regulations
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive organisational culture
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR or a related field, with a focus on business partnering
2 years' experience of line management experience, 1 direct report as a minimum
Language requirement: Italian - Fluent or Native and professional proficiency of English
Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership and implementing successful HR initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools
Expertise in change management, employee relations, and performance management
In-depth knowledge of Italianemployment law and HR best practices
Experience in talent management and organisational development
Ability to influence and drive results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
