In this role you will manage a portfolio of multinational subsidiary clients in Italy, acting as a trusted advisor to finance and treasury teams. You will drive revenue growth through cross-product opportunities and collaborate with global teams to deliver integrated solutions. You will uphold high governance and regulatory standards while shaping coverage strategies. This position offers the chance to influence multinational client relationships within Deutsche Bank's Corporate Coverage franchise. Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of multinational subsidiary clients operating in Italy through proactive relationship management and business development Develop trusted advisor relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers, and treasury teams on the ground Drive revenue growth by identifying and originating opportunities across Cash Management, Trade Finance, Lending, FX, Securities Services, and other Corporate Bank solutions Partner with Global Relationship Managers and product specialists to deliver integrated client solutions across geographies and business lines Lead client discussions, business reviews, and strategic engagements,



ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and wallet share growth Execute client plans and support the delivery of franchise objectives through effective collaboration with internal stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of coverage strategies and commercial initiatives Maintain strong governance standards and ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, AFC, and risk management requirements Contribute to process improvements and support a culture of teamwork, excellence, and client focus Qualifications Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline Experience within banking or financial services, ideally in corporate coverage, transaction banking, cash management, trade finance, treasury solutions, or related client-facing roles Strong client relationship xrdztoy management and business development skills Knowledge of multinational corporate clients and transaction banking solutions Solid understanding of KYC, AML, risk management, and regulatory requirements Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to identify and execute business opportunities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an advantage Team-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in an international and dynamic environment Benefits meal allowance Pension Fund Welfare Plan banking services for employees #J-*****-Ljbffr
