Experteer Overview In this role you will optimize and support automated test equipment for Tesla's Remanufacturing team in Tilburg, covering battery packs, drive units, and energy systems. You drive uptime, reliability, and performance improvements while collaborating with cross?functional teams. You will develop, validate, and hand over test systems to production, and provide post?deployment support to ensure robust operation. This is a high?impact position in a fast?paced, innovation?driven environment with a clear focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Retribuzione / Benefits Improve tester uptime, hardware reliability, software stability, cycle time, and FPY
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process, Quality, and Maintenance Engineering to meet performance targets
Conduct pre?deployment data analysis and VOC feedback sessions to foresee post?deployment challenges
Develop, validate, and commission manufacturing test systems and ensure documentation and handover




Provide post?deployment support including root?cause analysis and corrective actions
Support equipment debugging, qualification, and ramp?up for new or updated lines
Responsabilità Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Hands?on experience with high?voltage test systems, automation equipment, industrial sensors, and data acquisition systems
Proficiency in NI TestStand, LabVIEW, and Python
Working knowledge of CAN bus protocols and ability to analyze traces
Ability to interpret test data into actionable engineering decisions
Electrical schematic design is a plus
Eligibility to work in the Netherlands (EU citizenship or valid work permit)
