Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Marsh Risk's PEMA Europe client coverage, directing cross-border, high-impact work with private equity clients. You will partner with the Global Head of PEMA and European teams to grow the client base and deliver strategic risk and insurance solutions. You'll shape client narratives for C?Suite audiences, coordinate global Marsh resources, and drive multi?jurisdictional opportunities. Support the Global Head of PEMA and Europe Chief Client Officer in growing Marsh's European book of business
Understand client priorities and translate them into Marsh solutions and compelling narratives for C?Suite
Lead delivery of Marsh services post?sales by coordinating global teams to meet client requirements
Build strong internal Marsh networks to enlist cross?firm resources for client dialogues




Serve as escalation point for complex issues and ensure timely problem resolution
Create client presentations, research reports, and utilize Marsh tools to back sales processes and deliverables
Assume day?to?day client management for a selected set of clients
Responsabilità Appropriate academic background
Analytical and strategic mindset, preferably with management consulting background
Understanding of insurance broking and placement
Ambition to develop client relationships and collaborate internationally with a client?first approach
Ability to lead client conversations at the C?Suite level
Comfort as an individual contributor across activities from executive meetings to data?driven documents
Willingness and ability to travel internationally extensively
