You will manage a multi-vertical team and design integrated HR programs that align with European HQ guidelines and country needs. You will drive engaging employee experiences, well?being initiatives, and a cohesive communication strategy across Retail and Corporate populations. This role combines strategic planning with hands?on delivery to amplify Sephora's values and culture in a fast?paced environment.
