ppReporting to the President of Hyundai Motor Italy (HMCI), the bSales Director /b will be responsible for delivering the annual sales volume, profitability and market share. You will provide exceptional leadership to the Sales team and as part of the Management Committee contribute directly to the overall success of HMCI. /p h3We want you to: /h3 ul liFull ownership of HMCI Sales to deliver profitability, market share, volume and overall market position across Italy. /li liProvide exceptional leadership to an experienced sales team including Regional and District Sales Managers, Sales Operations, Fleet Remarketing, Sales Planning and Logistics /li liPromote sales growth by analyzing and monitoring the market, defining and implementing strategies and short-medium term commercial plans /li liEnsure the assignment of commercial objectives (quantitative and qualitative) to Partners, evaluating their performance, monitoring the trend through the Sales Force (RSM/DSM) and identifying corrective measures if necessary. /li liForecasting and discovering new opportunities and monitoring mid-to-long term risks to achieve and maintain competitive advantage. /li liProvide strong, visible, hands‑on management, and personally monitor key business activities, responding to opportunities and challenges. /li liCollaborate closely with global and regional counterparts and other cross‑functional stakeholders to secure shared planning and mutual understanding. /li liSupport counterparts with dealer network management, maintaining profitable commercial relations and guaranteeing compliance with defined standards to ensure achievement of margin. /li liEnsure the timely preparation and communication of business status, results and plans to support broader HMCI objectives,
