The candidate should be fluentin English

and have basic computer know-how;Additional languages and technical knowledge would be considered an advantage. The position includes monitoring, operating, and supporting all of the company’s 24/7 global and domestic content distribution services. Working hours – 24/7 shift basis. Responsibilities:

Monitor telecommunications/ broadcasting systems, supervise the technical components’ functions, and make sure that they are active and problem-free.





Customer support – acts as the initial point of contact for all the company’s clients.

Troubleshoot and fix technical issues.

Accountable for managing events and ensuring that they are resolved, while maintaining a detailed record of the problems and methods used to solve them.

Manage escalation process until resolution, including coordination with in-house engineers and third parties. xlwpduy

Manage and coordinate technical maintenance related to the company’s distribution services.

Monitor and operate, if needed, facility air-conditioning, UPS, generators etc.

Work on a shift rotation basis, on a 24/7 basis .

Requirements:

Good knowledge of English

Basic computer skills (MS Office programs)

Candidate has preferably technical background from one of the following: RF, satellites, networks, electronics, video and/or sound

Engineering studies will be considered an advantage

Technical or customer support experience will be considered an advantage

Having a car will be considered an advantage
