ppWe are looking for a Transport Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting directly to the Transport Logistics Manager, the resource will be responsible for the daily activities related to the management of logistics flows, stock control, coordination with the group's production sites and external logistics operators, actively contributing to the efficiency of transport, warehouse and supply processes. /p pThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who wishes to consolidate and develop logistics skills within an international, dynamic and structured environment. /p h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 ul liStock allocation and inventory management /li liAllocation of goods in stock to meet customer compliance requirements, monitoring of stock levels and constant updating of company databases in order to prevent stock shortages or warehouse surplus. /li liCoordination of shipments and goods receiving /li liCoordination of inbound and outbound goods flows in cooperation with 3PL providers (Third Party Logistics), ensuring compliance with agreed timelines and proper operational management of movements. Support in managing relationships with logistics platforms and warehouses. /li liCommunication with suppliers, carriers and production sites /li liDirect contact with the group's production sites and operational interface with couriers, suppliers and internal company functions for delivery planning, priority management and timely resolution of any shipment delays or operational issues.
/li liProcess optimization /li liContribution to the identification of opportunities for improving logistics processes, supporting initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing supply chain costs /li /ul h3Required skills and qualifications /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or Bachelor's degree in technical disciplines; qualifications in logistics, transport or supply chain management are a plus. /li liPrevious experience in a warehouse, transport or logistics environment is required. /li liExcellent proficiency in Excel and the MS Office suite; experience with company management systems and Inventory Management Systems, such as WMS and ERP. /li liExcellent written and spoken English. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, required to effectively manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, production sites and internal teams. /li liExcellent organizational and priority management skills /li liAbility to work both independently and as part of a team /li liProactivity and problem-solving attitude /li liPrecision and accuracy /li liResults orientation /li /ul h3Work location and working hours /h3 ul liWorking hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work on a rotation basis, within the 40-hour weekly limit) /li liHybrid working model: according to company policy. At the moment, 3 days/week required on site and up to 2 days/week of remote work allowed, once operational autonomy in the role has been achieved. /li /ul pbSalary range: €/year gross.
