You'll balance risk with client needs while mentoring junior underwriters and expanding the broker network. You'll collaborate across Distribution and other lines to pursue cross-selling opportunities and uphold top-tier client service. Retribuzione / Benefits Underwrite new and renewal Property business and assess risk for complex cases
Communicate risk appetite and value proposition to brokers; negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions
Expand broker network, attend broker events, and cultivate new market relationships
Collaborate with Distribution, territory managers, and other underwriters for cross-selling opportunities
Provide guidance,



mentoring and training to less-experienced underwriters
Maintain high standards of customer service to brokers and clients
Support brokers in building their networks and professional development
Responsabilità Proven underwriting experience with strong Property knowledge
Ability to analyze financial statements
