ph3Overview /h3pWithin Sales team, our Strikers are responsible for customer relationships and negotiation with Ethnic Minimarkets and Gas Station accounts in specific geographical areas. Our Strikers have to achieve all the elements of RedBull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility and additional placements of RedBull to enable maximum sales of all RedBull products. /p h3Responsibilities /h3ul liEffective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner. /li liManagement and development of designated area. /li liMaintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements and messaging. /li liBuilding quality relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication. /li liInfluencing decision makers presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals. /li liInfluence store-level orders to enable RedBull range availability. /li liEnsure a fair stock level to secure a proper range availability and visibility to our consumers. /li liSecuring (and where possible, improving) the agreed in-store presence of the RedBull. /li liPlacement of POS material, ensuring it’s correctly sited and maintained in all outlets, mainly ethnic accounts. /li liEnsuring agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day. /li liMeasurement, tracking and audit of key in-store metrics with specific digital tools.



/li liCompleting all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3ul liGrowth Mindset and proactive approach. /li liAbility to manage and cultivate good relationships. /li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills, as you will mainly manage ethnic point of sales.
