ppbAre you ready to join a leading global renewable energy company that is making a positive impact on the world? /b /ppWe are bX-ELIO /b, a Brookfield-owned company and a global leader in the renewable energy sector; with over 3 GW of renewable projects (solar/BESS) built, we currently operate in 12 countries and have a development pipeline of 12 GW of solar and 14 GW of BESS capacity, and we are looking for you! /ppbReporting to: /b Business Development Director /ppbBased in: /b Palermo, Italy /ppThe Project Delivery Manager will be focused on the management of solar and batteries projects, from late-stage development, through construction and commissioning, until handed over to Asset Management. /ph3What will you do? /h3ulliManagement end to end execution of the project (in office and onsite), from taking responsibility for the project from the Business Development unit and early works phase to the handover to the OM unit, ensuring the achievement of project goals in terms of safe design, construction and commissioning of the plant, within the approved parameters of time, cost and quality. /liliCoordination of project phases and activities, applying project management best practices, in compliance with safety, environment and quality standards. /liliCoordinate and coach Project Team members to ensure achievement of projects goals. /liliPrepare budget and time schedule of the project and ensure the project is built in accordance with the same. /liliConstruction reporting to internal and external stakeholders. /liliEnsure all projects comply with the requirements of the applicable permits and contracts.



/liliManaging project handover from construction to operations ensuring early involvement /liliAddress and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders. /liliCollect and share lessons learned from project execution. /li /ulh3What do we need? /h3ulliRelevant qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering /liliMinimum 5 years' experience in a project management role within the Renewable Energy sector, within engineering and construction departments /liliProven experience in project development, design review, CAPEX analysis, and construction-phase engineering management. /liliStrong knowledge of PV and BESS technologies, grid integration, and EPC project execution. /liliExperience of managing construction of utility scale Renewable Energy projects, i.e., larger than 50MW. /liliExperience working with co-developers, EPC contractors, and international project teams. /liliGood understanding of budgets and design to cost solutions (capex and opex evaluation) /liliProficiency in English and Italian. /liliProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). /liliAbility to travel domestically, ensuring presence at the construction site when needed.
