As Legal Advisor in the Company and Corporate Unit, you will draft and maintain the DoD and PoA, including assignment of permanent powers to AG managers. You will monitor governance tools and power matrices, and support evaluation of delegated powers systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret DoD/PoA and prepare Atto Risolutivo documents with the GCEO notarization. Your role includes updating internal rules and managing notary appointments, helping ensure compliant, consistent governance across the organization.
