In this role you support deploying the quality strategy for a local unit, strengthening quality culture, systems, and capable teams to meet and exceed customer expectations. You drive prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, and sustainable solutions, collaborating with cross?functional teams to reach world?class quality. You will contribute to new product launches and process changes while promoting risk?based thinking. This position offers hands?on impact in a global, industrial context.
Benefits Monitor quality KPIs, non-conformities, and customer complaints with accurate data collection and analysis
Perform structured Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with Research & Development and Engineering on new product launches and design/process changes
Support Quality Assurance in updating internal procedures to ensure ISO/standards compliance




Plan and conduct internal audits and oversee verification activities
Promote risk-based thinking and drive continuous improvement of quality processes
Define and monitor product and process quality requirements across development and production phases
Responsibilities Degree in Engineering or a technical field
Minimum 2 years in quality-related roles within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO **** or equivalent)
Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and problem?solving tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Proficiency in English and Italian
