Graduate Area/Shift Manager Delivery Operations – permanent on‑site position at an Amazon Operations centre in Italy. Relocation support will be provided as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team in one of the following FC operational areas: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack or Ship.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes to ensure quick, accurate, and cost‑effective customer order fulfillment.
- Provide training and integration for new team members.
- Set realistic, achievable progress and targets; exercise sound judgement.
- Safeguard team safety and uphold Amazon’s high standards of quality.
- Demonstrate problem‑solving and analytical capabilities to improve and streamline processes.
