As Head of HRBP Retail, you partner with Area Managers to shape the people strategy for stores, aligning it with Sephora's mission and budget. You lead talent planning, reviews, and development while ensuring fair climates and compliant people policies. You drive recruitment, training, and change initiatives, acting as a connective tissue between stores, area management, and the HR department. This role offers a chance to impact store performance through people and culture at scale in Milan.
