As a Merchandising Financial Planning Specialist in Italy, you will bridge finance, merchandising and strategy to optimize pricing, promotions and profitability across the SEMEA region. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into robust forecasts and to monitor performance, driving profitable growth through pricing architecture and RGM initiatives. This role offers visibility and impact by shaping regional financial plans while aligning with global guidelines. You will work in a dynamic multi‑market environment, contributing to market‑leading decision making and inventory discipline.

- Support the development of annual, seasonal, and in‑season financial plans (sales, margin, inventory, markdowns)
- Translate business strategies into robust financial forecasts and targets
- Continuously monitor performance and reforecast based on trends and market dynamics
- Lead the local cluster pricing architecture with price laddering and psychological pricing by market
- Conduct FX buffer analysis and benchmark against competitors to recommend price adjustments
- Support Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda for the cluster to drive profitable growth
- Drive the cluster promotional calendar with alignment to global guidelines and stakeholder sign‑off
- Analyze promotional uplift,



sell‑out and margin impact with post‑event reporting and forward recommendations
- Participate in conversations with finance on promotional budget construction and discount ownership
- Support open‑to‑buy (OTB) management and stock health optimization
- Coordinate with stakeholders to balance availability, profitability, and inventory productivity
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Buying and Allocation to align financial and assortment strategies
- Contribute to weekly and monthly business reviews and ensure regional plans align with global guidelines

Responsabilità

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Financial Planning, or Retail Analytics
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business insights
- Advanced Excel skills (planning tools a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, cross‑functional environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
