Aurence Studios is looking for a Marketing Manager with minimum 2 years of

experience to develop marketing strategies for our clients and support the growth of our

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Social Media Manager, Project Manager, and Shooting Team to transform business objectives into effective marketing

strategies and creative solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies based on client objectives and market insights

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Analyze target audiences, customer needs, and industry trends

Define positioning, messaging, and communication strategies

Create marketing plans and campaign directions

Collaborate with Social Media Manager, Project Manager, and Shooting Team





Provide strategic input for content production and creative activities

Analyze marketing performance and KPIs

Prepare reports and strategic recommendations

Identify new growth opportunities for clients and projects

Requirements
Minimum2 years of experiencein marketing roles

Experience in digital marketing, agencies, or consulting is preferred

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Knowledge of market research and marketing tools

Ability to transform insights into actionable strategies

Italian and English communication skills
