Su Bolton Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty
We are looking for a Key Account Manager Sicily to join our Personal Care Sales function within the Home Care, Personal Care & Beauty Business Unit, with responsibility for managing approximately €8 million and a portfolio of around 10 customers, with the work location in Western Sicily and residence within the Sicily region.
How you will make a difference
As a Key Account Manager, you will drive the success of our company by thoroughly understanding customer needs and tailoring our solutions to meet them. You will build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication and strategic planning. Your role will involve developing customized, value-added proposals and maintaining long-term partnerships aligned with both our company's and our customers' objectives.
What your agenda will look like:
Research on key accounts and industry trends
Meetings and calls with customers to discuss needs and progress
Internal collaboration with the Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Support teams
Updating strategic account plans and preparing performance reports
Addressing customer issues and planning future meetings
Your team:
You will report directly to the Central South Area Manager within the Sales function
Your profile:
Education: Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field, with an interest in pursuing a career in Marketing & Sales.
Work experience:



2–4 years of experience in Sales and/or Trade Marketing.
Technical skills: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Languages: Excellent command of Italian and fluent English.
