Entreprise Business Development Representative
In this role you drive growth in Adyen's new enterprise segment by partnering with sales, marketing, and partnerships to target high-potential accounts and design tailored campaigns. You'll execute multi-channel prospecting, harness AI-enabled workflows, and contribute to strategic account plans, shaping how Adyen goes to market. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and enablement, owning outreach and early-stage opportunities while engaging senior-level prospects. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role that fuels complex enterprise deals and cross-functional collaboration.
Strategically target high-potential accounts using signals and commercial strategy
Design and support multi-channel campaigns aligned to buyer needs and market trends
Execute tailored prospecting messaging that addresses merchant challenges
Collaborate with the commercial engine to shape strategic account plans
Utilize AI-enabled workflows to optimize prospecting and uncover opportunities
Identify new business opportunities at industry events through in-person engagement




Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to refine outreach and alignment
Engage senior-level prospects and influence strategic account planning
Curiosity about customers, product, and market signals
Adaptability in tone and motion across prospects and opportunities
Resilience to handle ambiguity and long sales cycles
Ownership mindset with accountability for results
Sound judgment on engagement timing and pipeline prioritization
Strong sales acumen with understanding of enterprise deal mechanics

Technical aptitude and comfort with using tools (including AI) to enhance work

Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal)
