Experteer Overview

In this role you will coordinate analytical projects and support Project Managers to drive timely, compliant delivery. You’ll ensure compliance with internal directives, standards, and contractual requirements while analyzing project performance and preparing reviews. You will manage purchasing processes, communicate with stakeholders, and help mitigate HSE risks. This position offers cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work model and a chance to contribute to ABB’s measurement and analytics leadership.

- Coordinate assigned aspects of analytical projects and support Project Managers in management and execution
- Execute work packages under supervision and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
- Ensure compliance with ABB directives, cybersecurity standards, and contractual requirements
- Analyze planned versus actual project performance and prepare materials for reviews
- Issue, monitor, and release orders (RDA) aligned with project specifications
- Mitigate HSE risks in collaboration with management




- Define and apply basic project planning techniques; coordinate with project members
- Prepare project lists and documentation, ensure accuracy and contractual compliance
- Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and manage costs according to obligations

Responsabilità

- 4+ years in process automation with instrumentation and analyzers experience preferred
- Degree in Chemical, Electrical or related fields
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Italian
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies
- Collaborative, solution-focused approach
- Knowledge of safety practices and workplace safety guidelines
