Experteer Overview

In this role you help deliver large-scale automation and robotics deployments across Amazon’s South Europe fulfilment network. You will lead cross-site projects, coordinate internal and external teams, and evaluate new material handling systems to support expansion. You’ll work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment focused on scalable automation solutions and continuous process improvement. This is a hands‑on engineering role with high visibility across operations and partners.

- Lead evaluation and delivery of large-scale automation technologies including conveyance, sortation and robotics systems across multiple sites
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external contractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Support the launch of new automated buildings and expansions in existing sites
- Evaluate and implement state‑of‑the‑art material handling systems and robotic innovations
- Ensure deployments are delivered on time, within budget, and to Amazon's quality standards




- Provide guidance and troubleshooting for complex automation deployments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize deployment processes
- Collaborate with operations, construction, and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle

Responsabilità

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM field
- Experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution
- Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and/or robotics
- Strong problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
- Experience managing competing priorities across stakeholders
- Experience authoring technical documentation (WIs or SOPs) for field execution
