You will lead category initiatives, negotiate with suppliers, and champion AI-enabled procurement processes in a fast-paced, international setting. Retribuzione / Benefits Stakeholder management and needs assessment with key functions
Develop and execute category strategies; run RFPs/RFQs/eAuctions; identify innovative suppliers
Own contract negotiations and supplier performance management
Drive digital transformation by adopting AI and data analytics in procurement

Monitor risk, ensure ESG/sustainability compliance,

Responsabilità University degree (business or engineering preferred)
5+ years of experience in sourcing or category management
Proactive and collaborative attitude with growth mindset
Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
Negotiation and contract management expertise
Advanced skills with SAP Ariba, Apadua, Keelvar, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and data-driven procurement
Fluent English; other European languages are a plus
