As FP&A; Analyst, you drive financial planning and performance analysis for the European Personal & Home Care unit. You partner with Area Sales Managers to ensure accurate weekly and monthly reporting, forecasting, and decision-ready insights. You own data integrity across systems to support OTIF and cross-functional decision-making. This role offers visibility into commercial performance and opportunities to influence budgeting and working capital initiatives in Northern and Eastern Europe. Benefits End-to-end involvement in the annual AOP process with data point analysis Weekly and monthly forecasting to support senior managers Support Area Sales Managers with commercial reporting and analysis Populate and analyze month-end reports to enable focused commercial actions Conduct gap analysis, risk and opportunities, and expenses reporting Sales force effectiveness and working capital reviews,
