Job Summary
Supermicro is seeking an experienced product manager experienced in the IoT/Embedded segment and familiar with the EMEA market development. The solution manager will establish and develop potential key accounts within EMEA and work with the sales team to grow account revenue. The position is based in our EMEA headquarters in ‘s‑Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Analyze market and business trends, develop tactics and programs to grow market share through strategically positioned Supermicro’s solutions to maximize competitiveness.
- Identify, prioritize, and address requirements of enterprise customers for existing and emerging use cases with evolving deployment considerations.
- Drive TTM for new product training for customers. Work closely with customers to define and refine product and solution specifications, and with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure the solution meets customer expectations.
- Lead research and analysis of technology, customer, and competitor trends to feed back to engineers and develop platform portfolio strategy.
- Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects and work with sales teams to close deals.
- Develop ecosystem with team and set up/maintain vendor/supplier relationships to develop business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 8–10+ years of product management experience and ability to influence customers.
- Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.
- Solution knowledge on data analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, network, etc.
- In‑depth knowledge of server, storage, datacenter products with strong business acumen to penetrate and develop new business opportunities in the EU.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate, influence and develop complex relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
- Self‑motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals.
- Serve as the technical advisor to provide market and technology trends.
