Experteer Overview

In this role, you help clients in the energy sector transform operating models and processes through digital and organizational change. You will join the Customer and Operations team in Milan to work on energy transition initiatives with innovative companies. You’ll tackle governance, organizational design, and target operating model design for large-scale projects. This is an opportunity to shape how energy players adopt new models and maximize impact in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Responsabilità





- 2 to 3 years of experience in energy projects in consulting or energy company
- Knowledge of energy market, regulatory framework, and processes
- Excellent knowledge of English (study/work abroad preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
